Who said tech teams are boring? Definitely not us.

This week at LUSOTECHS, the keyboards cooled down just a little as the team switched from debug mode to fun mode—and let’s just say, things got interesting real quick.

It started off as a “short break”… but somehow turned into a full-blown entertainment session. The office transformed from a quiet workspace into a lively hub of music, laughter, and pure vibes. FIFA matches got intense (some rivalries were definitely formed ?), playlists kept rotating with everyone trying to prove they’ve got the best taste in music, and of course, the classic developer humor was flying around:

“Why did the developer go broke? Because he used up all his cache.”

But beyond the jokes and games, these moments are part of what makes LUSOTECHS special. It’s where ideas flow freely, creativity resets, and the team bonds beyond screens and code. Because let’s be honest—great systems are built by teams that actually enjoy working together.

By the end of it all, energy levels were recharged, smiles were everywhere, and yes… a few FIFA champions were unofficially crowned (we’re still reviewing VAR on some of those matches ).
